Adam serves as Credit Deployment Services’ Creative Director that focuses on investment opportunities. After 20 years in the Fintech space, he worked with companies that focus on delinquency management, loan management, payments, decisioning, software, and consulting, Adam is a multifaceted operator in the Fintech space. In his third decade, Adam is building a team around him with a keen eye on efficiency, scale, and asset management strategy to take on the ever-changing future of the industry.

As an avid basketball fan, Adam owns the 2022 championship Blue Collar U team and helps fund and assist operations for various youth-based basketball organizations in the Western New York area.

Dan’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2004, and since then, has formed numerous successful ventures in the financial technology sector. Dan’s primary focus is to develop new strategic partnerships and continuously grow Credit Deployment Services’ customer base. He attributes his success to having a customer-first attitude that has driven continuous expansion in Credit Deployment Services’ reach.

Scott founded Credit Deployment Services along with Adam March and Daniel Valentine in 2017. He currently serves as the President, where he actively oversees all functions of CDS. Scott has been involved in lending, customer acquisition, and portfolio management since 1995, and – more specifically – in specialty finance since 2010. Scott has experience in building organizations from the ground up and has been the point man in many successful lending operations. He also has experience taking existing organizations and turning them profitable through operational changes, as well as strategically positioning them for a profitable purchase. In a prior role, Scott served as a national executive for Home Depot Home Services in customer acquisition. Scott attended The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

Richard joined Credit Deployment Services in October 2019 and is responsible for overseeing the execution of the company’s strategic vision. He is a Certified Public Accountant with 18 years of experience in the specialty finance space and spent several years in public accounting, where he managed audit and consulting teams for numerous high-profile clients in industries that include manufacturing, service, and specialty finance. He leverages this experience to spearhead internal control frameworks, BSA/AML programs, and the restructuring of operations to create efficiency and scalability.

Jonathan joined Credit Deployment Services in December 2022 and serves as Chief Financial Officer responsible for accounting and financial planning, operations, compliance, and reporting.

Prior to joining CDS, Jonathan spent 6 combined years at a local Western New York manufacturing, distribution, and fabrication company as Financial Controller and then Chief Financial Officer as well as 12 years in public accounting where he managed assurance and consulting engagements in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, and financial technology.

Mr. Gentile holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Michael joined Credit Deployment Services in October 2019 and is responsible for its product development and technical direction. He brings 18 years of experience in the fintech industry, focusing recently on building and scaling applications in modern cloud environments. He previously worked at HSBC as a Global Enterprise Engineer (awarded only to the company’s top engineers). He gained knowledge working on large-scale projects around the globe with teams in Hong Kong, India, and the UK. He has a wealth of experience ranging from legacy mainframe systems, hardware management, SAAS offerings, and cloud computing.

Jason is responsible for implementing and managing information security control technology and procedures. He came to Credit Deployment Services from HSBC Bank, bringing with him nearly 20 years of Data Operations and Cyber Security experience. In his previous role, he was responsible for enterprise security on the IBM I platform, developing and implementing security controls, and event-driven solutions across a global estate. This included internal and external Audit response, satisfying regional and global regulatory compliance requirements, and threat and risk analysis of the IBM I platform and its hosted applications.
